Q: What size stretcher if you wear a womans size 9 wide or 10 wide need some wider and the instep heighten the 5.5 - 10 womens pink or the mens blue one?

I bought the men's size for my shoe. In your case, since your shoe size is at the upper limits of the 5.5-9 stretcher, I would go with the men's blue ones. It will give you a better range of adjustment. That is just my opinion and that's all. I do know my stretchers worked just as advertised. I had a pair of sneakers that bothered my little toe on my right foot, Used the stretcher with the little black adaptor placed in that area, left over night, and no more problems. I did both shoes the same way and it's like a new comfortable pair. As said this is just my opinion and I hope you get the same results .

Q: Will this work on open toe high heels? I have a one strap that goes over my toes that’s too tight for me.
