Q: How is the quality of microphone? do people at other end able to hear clearly? when used via usb for lync/skype and when used via bluetooth from iphon

I have used the Jabra Speak 510 MS in a conference room with 25 people connected via USB to my laptop and had no complaints about the sound quality. I have also used it via bluetooth and my android phone, again no complaints about sound quality. The microphone in the Jabra Speak appears to be excellent.

I do not see a Jagger, but I did not need to install one

It's not a phone. It's a bluetooth speaker.

Q: Does this speakerphone work wirelessly with a laptop?

Yes! This version of speakerphone works on USB (it also charges the speakerphone) and works with Bluetooth, so your laptp need to have bluetooth connection to work wirelessly.
