Good but needs printed instructions
Easy to install without rewiring the T8 fixtures. 3000K color is wonderful! Very bright after using fluorescents for a long time in this location. I suspect they would be little more economical if we replaced the existing ballasts but the ease of installation outweighs that slight expense. We'll see how they last in an overhead kitchen installation. Would add a star if instructions were included!

So easy to install-worth a few extra bucks as they are plug and play
Super easy to install. I read about others that were moderately easy that required some minimal wiring to bypass the ballast to upgrade from fluorescent to LED but these were plug and play. No changes necessary and they look great. It was about 1.50 more per bulb than others but zero hassle to install.

initial quality is very good. No regerts here
Initial impression is that these are quite nice. Plug and play with ballasts, fire up quickly and the color is very pleasant, compared to cool white, in my opinion. Definitely makes my office feel more comfortable, at least for my eyes.
