Seems to genuinely help my highly anxious cat during travel and stressful situations
I don't have proof but my cat seemed to like this and be calmer when I use it. She's had anxiety and health issues because of her anxiety. We travel for a living in an rv. When we were planning to travel or if there was a loud storm or vet visit I rub some of this in my hands and onto her fur. I absolutely notice an improvement in her stress and vomiting and urination accidents that stem from stress. Thats enough for me to keep purchasing and to recommend it.

Not as described
Hasnt helped stop my cat from peeing outside the litterbox, hasn’t helped in stopping him from beating up our smaller cat. We’ve been using these drops on him for about a month now.

What a HUGE change!
I admit, I was skeptical. I’ve been a fan of Jackson Galaxy for years and have used many of his tips and methods throughout my cats’ lives to great success. So I trust the name on the bottle. And now after having tried it on my cats, I trust the contents of the bottle, as well. I found Zonda and Carrera as 4 week old kittens, the only two survivors of the litter after mom abandoned them (or was killed by coyotes) during the summer heat. Zonda has always been outgoing and gregarious and Carrera has always been withdrawn and shy. They never fight, but there have always been distinct territorial boundaries for each cat, which only became more pronounced when we moved into a 29’ travel trailer full-time. Carrera stopped using the litter box to pee in, and started peeing on any little bit of carpet we have, focusing primarily on the area underneath the dinette table - gross. We knew she had a clean bill of health from the vet, but after months of trying different litter, litter box locations (limited options in a trailer), and anti-marking treatments, and still not having any success, an old episode of MCFH reminded me of these remedies (which used to be called Spirit Essences). I went back and forth abut which one might be appropriate for Carrera, and settled on Safe Space for Cats due to her general timid nature - I could see how most of her issues might stem from insecurity. Before starting the treatment, I (once again) deep cleaned and enzyme treated every area she’s peed in and I’ve been following the directions carefully and focusing primarily on Carrera, not giving Zonda any direct dosages (believe me, she has no shortage of confidence). The first thing I noticed was that we’ve only had one accident since beginning the treatments, and ZERO since the first two days (now more than two weeks in). The second change we noticed is an increase in her comfort level at the food bowl, where before she would eat a little bit here and there, then run off and leave Zonda to finish most of her food, now she eats at a pace rivaling Zonda’s and rarely leaves food in the bowl for her sister to finish. Third, we had a friend come over several times (he has previously cared for the cats while we’ve been away, and even then has never seen more than a fleeting glimpse of Carrera). Before starting the treatment, Carrera would hide in the bedroom and not come out until well after he had left. The first time our friend came over after starting the treatment, about two days in, Carrera came out of the bedroom almost as soon as he left. The second time, a week later, Carrera still spent time napping in our bedroom, but after that she come out while he was still here, she actually ATE in front of him AND approached him close enough to smell his hand, then settled down on the dinette seat facing him across the room and went to sleep. That is a MASSIVE increase in confidence and comfort for her - completely unprecedented! We’ve also seen her sitting up in places where we have only ever seen Zonda before - on the shelf by the window, on the back of the couch, etc. (she’s the typical “bush cat” personality, so up is not usually a direction she goes). In general, now most of the typical “cat spots” are shared between both cats, rather than being claimed by one cat or the other. All in all, we have seen positive behaviors develop in the last two weeks that we have NEVER seen over seven years of having these two sisters. The fact that Carrera is now territorially comfortable enough to not mark, sit in the windows and in prime spots, eat happily, and interact with strangers is honestly behavior we were convinced we’d never see from her. Incredible experience so far!

Safe Space works. Feliway is a scam.
Cat has been spraying for years. Tried Feliway diffusers & sprays - didn't work. Open top litter boxes w/ expensive "cat attract" litter - "kind of" helped but not enough. I was cleaning up 5 or so frequented areas of spray twice a day, with enzyme cleaners. Then I tried Safe Space. It didn't work. A few months later I found it in a drawer. Decided to try again. This time I paid more attention to the instructions. It says to use it 5x per day. I realized it didn't work before because I was only using it ONCE per day (petted it on his fur). Also noticed in the instructions this time that I can put it in food or water. So with my work schedule, I manage to administer it about 3x a day. In the morning I mix 5 drops in a little bit of tuna/tuna "juice". After an hour or two when I'm about to head off to work, I put 5 drops in my hand and pet it on his fur. Then at night when he is about to settle down for the night, 5 drops in my hand again, petted on his fur. 90% improvement in the spraying. Also installed cat door and let the cat come & go to the backyard as he pleases. Also I should note that there is one other cat in the household (kitten). They get along just fine, always have. Stray cats are visible to my "problem cat" through sliding glass doors and through windows. Despite these triggers, the Safe Space works. I did notice some incidents starting back up though after a few weeks' use of Safe Space. I think that it is because I left the bottle open (overnight) a few times, so I believe the Safe Space lost some potency. I am ordering another bottle and I think that things will be just fine once it gets here. Oh also the cat was pacing alot around the house, back & forth, restless, unsettled - he does that WAY less now that he is on his Safe Space regimen.

Calming solution for our rescue cat
After adopting a stray cat and getting him neutered, he became an indoor- only cat. Prior to taking him in, he had been attacked by a neighbor cat more than once while hanging around our neighborhood. We saw it happening and decided to take him inside. After that, if he saw that cat through the window, he would get very agitated and sometimes take it out on us by jumping up and biting us. The rest of the time he was just a sweet loving little cat. I started out giving him Jackson Galaxy's Bully formula to address his marking territory inside, then added his Stress Stopper for the biting. We saw improvement within 2 weeks but still had occassional biting incidents. I read that some formulas work better on some cats than others, so after more research I tried the Safe Space formula when we ran out of the Bully formula. It's been about 1 1/2 weeks since starting him on the Safe Space, and we haven't had any biting for over a week. He also stopped the frantic pacing back and forth between windows when he sees the neighbor cat. He just seems so much more relaxed and enjoying life, following us all around purring all the time and wanting to lay in our laps. It does pay to keep trying Jackson's formulas until you hit on the right one for your cat.
