My second pair, lost my first pair after 3 years never had a problem.I mainly use well I'm on my motorcycle and they work perfect for the ride.• Fit's well in the ear even with helmet on, comfortable.• Noise cancellation works well for use. Loud enough to drown out the engine.• Charge's great, Battery life fantastic with easily fits in pocket.•Connecting could be a challenge if the earbuds don't sync with eachother, easily fixed with a useful YouTube video.• Quality for the price is outstanding. I sware by these earbuds and will always buy if ever need replacing.

Left hand ear bud, would not hold charge , I spoke to customer services at SoundPEATS and not a problem the buds were replace and all good now.. Excellent sound

At first it was my 'fault': there is a thin strip of tape inside under the buds (to prevent discharge in transit I guess) which I didn't see (dark colour on dark plastic doesn't help!) so when I got the earbuds I put them in charge without removing the tape and back home in the evening when I tried to set them up nothing worked because they weren't charged! Then (after charging) it was very complicated to pair them with my Android TV, after done that only one was working, so re-set, re-pair etc. anyway it took a while! There are also 4 LED's to deal with, you have to figure out what they mean (the manual is in Chinglish). They don't fit very well (they seem slightly bigger than usual?) so when trying to adjust one to better fit my ear I accidentally touched the 'button' in the middle of a movie and it restarted from the beginning! Anyway at the moment (4th day of use) it seems that I have to unpair/pair with my TV every time I take the buds out of the box - which is every night - so very annoying to use. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.EDIT: After reading my review the seller kindly wrote me offering a refund. Which I won't take advantage of since I got used to pair/unpair the headphones every time I use them. However, this is a very professional behaviour and I have added 1 star to my rating.

These earbuds are relatively inexpensive, I had them for 2 weeks and they stopped pairing.Despite following the manufacturer's instructions for a factory reset numerous times they had just given up.Fortunately fore I know that after only 2 weeks I can still send them back to Amazon for a refund.

I've tried various earbuds and these are by far the best. The volume is amazing, the sound is round and full, no harshness, good bottom end.So good I bought a second pair straight away.

No noise cancellation but everything else is good
