Terrible quality
This thing is junk and not worth the price. We ordered at the end of June and the baskets have already disconnected from the tree. It’s really bad quality…

Angry and disappointed
0 stars. Terrible build quality. The top is wobbly, doesn't fit and this is pretty dangerous to let your cats use. Save yourself and your cats. Do not get this!! It's not worth it.

item is as pictured and seems like great quality. was very easy to put together and is aesthetic. a little wobble and wish the base was heavier. returning because it is actually too big for my living space but really like it

She's In Love!
We recently rescued a cat who was used to a life outdoors. When I saw this, it reminded me of one of her favorite trees outside that she used to climb. Before I even put it together, she was trying to jump on it! She has not left this alone since we built it. She climbs, plays, kneads, and sleeps here. In fact, it has not yet been moved from the center of my living room where it was built! On that note, you should know that this thing is big. I have a very small house and have no clue where I'm going to put it. BUT it's very stylish looking and doesn't look awkward, even in the middle of my living space. This is NOT for cats who aren't climbers. Our cat who has been indoors for years wants nothing to do with this. I would stick to the typical cat houses for cats without the need to climb and jump.

Cheap design and waste of money
Don’t waste your money, this product is so cheaply made. One of the baskets was broken before we even put it up. The second basket broke within 2 months. So cheap. Should be a 50 dollar product if that.

Cheap, broken and dangerous
One basket arrived broken, just like pictured in other reviews. Cheaply made, unsafe for kitties.

Cats were not a fan
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The tree was nice but our cats did not like it. The pillows are so big (fluffy) but they prefer the regular cat trees with stuff they can go in or flat spots to lay on. We returned this one.
