I was pleasantly surprised by how well this mouth tape performed, even with a full beard. Unlike other tapes that lose adhesion or peel off during the night, this one sticks firmly without irritation and stays in place until morning. The adhesive is strong but not overly aggressive—removing it doesn’t tug at facial hair or leave residue. It’s breathable, comfortable, and noticeably improved my sleep quality by promoting consistent nasal breathing. If you’ve struggled to find a reliable mouth tape that works with facial hair, this is definitely worth trying.

These skin tapes are easy to pull out of the package. I liked that it had a small hole to breathe out of, and it made it easier for me not to have to pull it off when I needed to yawn. It's a bit small on my lips to completely cover them; however, it stayed on throughout the night despite that. I recommend giving it a try. It sticks on, the texture is nice, and if you need to breathe, the hole is there for you!

This tape was great it stayed on firmly. The absolute best part was when I pulled the tape off my skin it did not hurt/ stick to my hairs at all. It was pain free. I love that part!

Absolute garbage. Almost no adhesion whatsoever. Don’t waste your money.

They don’t stick well and fall off in my sleep constantly. If you have facial hair, they’re even worse.

Wanted to give these a try because the ones that I had purchased previously from another brand were a bit pricey. Definitely worth the money, work as well as the more expensive ones and almost half the price!

mouth tape was my favorite but it’s difficult to find them. This tape is smaller but it stays on! This is worth a try! I’m staying with this one. It also has perforation to release the tape.
