Yes, like any other self tanner, you wanna make sure any dry spots are moisturized before using or you’ll have a darker patch which is obviously unwanted.

Q: If you use it on bald head and wear a hat and sweat into the hat, will it come off and stain the hat and also leave your head streaky?

Hi Brian, the short answer is no. I too am bald and use it on my head and there is no streaking at all.
