This medicine helps with erection but not delayed ejaculation!!Please keep in mind.Effectiveness: I took one tablet around 9 p.m. and had an erection till morning. But ejaculation is not delayed, that's something you have to control.Side effects: I had a mild headache till morning.

They work!!!! boy do they work.Would recommend.Just to let people know that I bought 2 more packs of 20 and in one of the boxes there was no tablets just the blister packs and if course you can't get help from Amazon to get this matter resolved.
