Great bit of kit really easily installed, I like the fact that if it needs to be maintained like if the diaphragm needs replacing you don't have to take it fully out it separates leaving the tube in and you can put the replacement part on without the rigmarole of replacing the whole thing

Great to fit and the adjustable element helps with that. The short flush is a pain to use, you have to hold the handle for the flush and a second or two afterwards or it will start into the full flush. The adjustment of the volume for the short flush doesn't seem to work or is to slight to notice. Nice to be able to change to flap in the future but that could be 10 years or more away.

I have had so much problems with the new generation of flush syphons that became fed up of regularly fitting replacements.I eventually purchased the first Fluidmaster Pro-ultra Universal Dual Flush Syphon from a local shop a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised. As this is the best flush syphon I have ever known, I bought a second one and fitted it in a second toilet.Delivery was quick and it was securely packaged.Just gently depress once and all the water right to the bottom of the cistern flushes into the pan. No need to flush a second time as with other syphons.There's ample adjustment to fit most cisterns and fitting it is simple. I am not a plumber but found it easy to install.It's excellent value for money.I have now purchased a further 3 to fit in my other house. I highly recommend.

Must better quality than the original item. It takes a bit of patience ( who has any of that anymore?) to read the instructions as this is a clever and adaptable product. I'm impressed.
