Perfect OEM replacement. These seem to “snap” on the hearing aides better than the original. Soft domes are comfortable for all day useI replace mine every 30 days. But have cleaned them with a Q tip and gone as long as 6 months between changes

Plastic won't maintain shape
I bought these in the past and they were fine, but all of them in my latest order seem to be made of a cheaper plastic. They won't maintain their shape and every time I pull them from my ear, they fold inside out. Very frustrating.
