Terrible Customer Service
I ordered one, it came with everything needed and looked great so I ordered a 2nd one. The 2nd one came with several missing parts. I’ve emailed the seller and have not received a response.Edit: The company did get back to me and are shipping the missing parts.

Quality and beauty in the same fan.
What a beauty! These fan is so quiet I can't hear it running. So many settings for the light and fan. Quality and beauty in the same fan. I want another one!

The light is not turning on. How i can get the replacement for the light panels?

Beautiful and lots of air
It’s beautiful!The remote is a little complicated and makes a loud beep every time a button is pressed. The brightness is amazing and it definitely provides lots of air!! I didn’t install it myself, but I did place the jewels on it. Tedious but well worth it. Something to note, the crystals will reflect onto your walls and with the fan on it can reflect with movement. While I enjoy it, it may be uncomfortable for those with sensitivity or seizures.

This crystal ceiling light with retractable fan blades is absolutely stunning. It lights up the entire room and adds beauty and a modern sophistication to the living room. Greatest purchase I have made all year! The installation was alittle difficult, but it was so worth it! So SATISFIED!

Poorly designed
The big big problem with this fixture is that it comes with mounting bracket that can only be installed to either a wood or concrete ceiling. It does not fit a standard UL listed fan rated ceiling junction box. Major structural changes required to install this. There are thousands of ceiling fans sold daily that show up with a mounting bracket that fits a standard fan rated box. This one doesn’t

Amazing Gift!
The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful addition to my bedroom!I love everything about this ceiling fan and how it completely up levels the aesthetic.It comes with extra crystals which was great because one of mine was chipped.Even though it has a QR code attached to an instructional video I opted to have it professionally installed.There’s a nice wall holder for the remote to help prevent loss.
