The pack of three DHEA supplement complexes come shrink wrapped and the lids are sealed well.The gelatin cap containing the supplements are pretty standard sized for a mixed supplement, which is larger than a prescription med but not enormous either. The gelatin holds up pretty well and does not dissolve immediately which help during ingestion. I hate when gelatin caps dissolve too quickly and are hard to swallow. To echo another reviewer, there is some residual powder on the caps and in the interior of the bottle. I didn't find it too bothersome, but understand the point of the other reviewer in that I've experienced an unwelcome dusting of supplement powder when dispensing too - your experience may vary on this subject.I've taken about 20 doses of these supplements daily and I've noticed that I am more alert and acute in the morning than without it. I have a predisposition to having parasomnia and this does not exacerbate that at all. If anything it has made my wake up time fairly consistent (6 am even on weekends). I don't feel an energy boost but I have noticed increased mental acuity throughout the day.I will continue to take this supplement complex and recommend it if the ingredients appeal to you.
