Boat Hook Head and Loop

Works great. As advertised. Very sturdy but light makes it a good buy.

this is great for docking alone . When combined with a telescoping pole I can slip it over the dock post and pull the boat in by my self.

Works great. THe only comment I have is that sometimes the cord slips out of the plastic holder so you need to check to make sure it is in tight when using so it does not slip out during use.

This is a great concept and worked great. I was thrilled with it until it BROKE AFTER SECOND USE!

The functionality of the tool would make it the best tool on my boat for docking, but the weakness of the tool is the lack of a way to lock the head to the pole used with the head. This is my second head, the first one fell off during docking and was lost in the water, the second one purchased fell off during docking, but luckily fell in the boat. I have tried to secure it to the pole with duct tape, but this should not be required.

I used this for the first time in June (2019) for about a week. I have a 20 ft. aluminum fishing boat, so not the heaviest boat on the water. I am probably the worlds worst boat handler. I found catching a dock cleat much easier with the loop than using a hook, which was my previous method, especially when the wind is up a bit. I haven't had it long enough to judge durability, but it seems sturdy enough for what I use it for.

This product is amazing! Have used it 8 times already! And a best value! I highly recommend!
