Coconut cream contains an insignificant amount and is not recommended as a good source. Almonds are a better source, but since so little is consumed with a serving of nutpods we would not recommend our product as a good source. Q: How long can it stay open in the refrigerator and still be used

Q: How does it taste? Is it worth it??

The taste was nothing special. And it definitely wasn’t worth the price. I’ll stick with my coffee-mate sugar free flavored creamer, even though the chemical will do me in some day:)
