Heavy Sleeper - Excellent Product
I'm an extremely heavy sleeper and there's no way I can sleep through this. Pop it under my pillow - Even if I'm using two pillows the vibration is enough to wake me - plus its surprisingly nice to wake up to vibration - beats noisy alarm hands down.Note to the manufacturers - excellent product - For your next modification it might be good to look at separating the snooze button from the 'alarm off button' - The're right beside each other and when sleepy its easy to hit the wrong one - even protruding the snooze button higher might help. Also, being able to set multiple alarms would be nice too.

Could be better. Shaker cable brittle and snapped off.
Pros:Top brightness setting is blinding, but low is very low.Very loud.Shake n Wake is a great feature, especially if you wear earplugs.Device charging USB-A port.ConsNo way to display the alarm set time without going through the set alarm routine. The cable connecting to the vibration pod is incredibly brittle and snapped. If placed under a pillow that moves about it will likely snap. It snapped after less than a month.

Great clock for deaf people
I am serevely deaf so need a visual wake up in the morning. This clock is great. I was put off by other clocks made for deaf people as they are ugly and red and black. This clock looks stylish and has a clear display. Setting alarm is easy. Options include flashing leds, sound and vibration. Sound is a loud beeping of which the tone and volume can be adjusted. Display can be dimmed right down so not bright at night. Also the ring of leds can be used independently on the alarm. Also has a USB socket at the back so you can charge something off of the clock. I would highly recommend this clock a s am very happy with my purchase

Developed Ugly Spots inside the screen
This Clock Is Developing Some Awful Ugly Spots On The Inside of the Reflective Face Of The Clock. When These Started To Appear I Ignored Them Putting It Down To being a bit Dirty. I noticed them getting larger and so I Tried Cleaning It Only To have Left Surface Rub Marks On The Face. It Is So Unsightly It Looks Like Someone Has Been Popping Spots In The Refection. (Which There Has Not !) While The Clock Functions Perfectly I Can’t See As To Quality Of The Reflective Coating And Can Only Say Some Sort Of Malfunction On The Inside Of The Face Has Occurred. But has given rise to such an ugly look of the clock, forcing me to move it away from the bedside. Its the last thing you would want to see first thing in the morning!Upon Emailing The Manufacturer On The Problem I Was Asked Whether I Had Removed The Plastic Protective Coating. What a stupid question????While To Some This Would Seem To Be The Obvious Question. But Obviously they did not read the email correctly as to ask such a stupid question, when I clearly stated that I had tried to clean the face diligently. YES ! The Protective Film Has Been Removed From The Face Of The Clock, And Again. Its Was A Clear Protective Sticky Back Piece Of Film Much Like Cling Film That I Personally Removed. So I Can Confirm Again I Am Not So Stupid As To Not Realise Something Was Stuck To The Screen, As Explained Earlier It Seems To Be On The Inside Of The Face Not On The Surface!. And I Have Not Submerged The Clock In Any Type Of Liquid. I Have Not Abused The Clock In Anyway. I Have Not Opened The Clock Or Remove The Face Or Back, I Have Placed It Next To My Bed Where There Have Been No Abnormal Or Paranormal Activity Other Than What Normal People Do In A Bed Room. The Most Extreme I Have Done To The Clock Is Place A Back-Up Battery Inside It! It is Disgusting to look at and the Manufacture doesn’t seem bothered. so its best just to return it. As it maybe possible in the manufacturing process Mold or something more sinister may have entered the clock and I am then bringing this into my home and my bedroom and would it have an adverse affect on my health, I just do not know and do not want to take a chance on it as I am not an expert in such matters. But a positive, Yes this clock does work and will wake you. just not if your DEAD from a MOLD POISONING???update:I HAVE BEEN ACCUSED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF DAMAGING THE CLOCK BY TRYING TO CLEAN IT!Well stuff that you can have your moldy clock back and i'll find a cheaper and more reliable company with a better product>>>>
