I followed the instructions step by step. SIM card is working, everything is fine but the internet and gps are not working on the phone. Very disappointing. The phone receive my calls. But it is offline. I saw a couple of reviews with the same comments. My son is pretty sad. It was his Xmas present. Any idea on how to fix this?

Fun great watch for the little one to use. It is a great size for his little wrist and quite comfortable. The watch has range of features . His favourites are the simple camera, game and torch light. It was easy for my 5 year old son to navigate through. It has touch screen facility which he also likes.

The product's battery dies within a matter of 3 to 4 hours. The app is very poorly designed, and often cannot establish a connection with the watch. The instructions are written in very bad English (grammatically), and therefore the message of each action needs to be deciphered.The watch cannot be easily turned off, when I tried to do that I ended up sending multiple (5-6) SOS messages to myself, as the SOS button is the same as the power on/off.The GPS tracker does not work at all. Currently it says my child is in a completely different place than where their school is. The SIM card is set up correctly, I have checked multiple times.I am sending this product back straight away, and requesting a full refund.This is false advertising at its best, and should not be allowed to fool any more parents who just want to keep their kids safe without giving them a phone.

This days is very dangerouse and even my child at school I got worry anyway. So I bought this for my son to make sure he is safe and keeps me calmer. Is amazing that so many option in the watch. I can call him,see where hi is but most important incase of something he can send me a SOS signal. Is easy to use and is really excellent quality. It looks really great,my son likes so much.

I like that I can call my child and vice versa. That theres a torch and mini maths game on watch.I don't like that the GPS is off by 1 -3 miles. Not good. I want the GPS to be exact or pretty close to exact. It says device is off line quite often,even when its sync with the app and my paired with my phone. I tried rebooting, followed the instructions manual but doesn't seem to work well.

Cheep watch! Does not work correctly the GPS was 1.5 miles out. When the watch battery died the connection to the App aslo stopped working. i have now returned this watch.

No software for this, bad instructions, that do not articulate what you do to get the device functioning. Inadequate use of english, bad gramma, no websit, no service, no software can be found antwhere for the device. I spent 2-3 hours searching for software for it to no avail. costing me 6 times more in lost man hours than the device was worth.

Read several bad reviews and was expecting hassle setting the watch up but I have to say it was relatively hassle free. Yes, the instructions aren’t great (doesn’t tell you that you need to take the back off the watch to insert the SIM card) but for the price it’s a great piece of kit. Makes and receives calls very clearly, my nine year old son loves it!If you are looking for a very accurate GPS tracker then I’d spend more money as this is out by a couple of miles but I’m going to try a calibrate it to see if the accuracy improves.Overall happy with the purchase and so is my son.
