Pairing was difficult, instruction manual was not included with item. Contacted manufacturer and who provided a PDF of he manual. Once paired we experienced a "hum" in the ear piece that could not be corrected. The manual described a "magnetic" ear piece option but one was not provided in the package.

Was unable to keep connectivity! Battery life drained quickly! Look for a land-line phone, you will have better product!
