This was simple to put together. It took about 10 min to set up. The water here in AZ is very cold this time of year so we actually filled the pool with hot and cold water (made a tiny spa). It worked out great. I had hoped there was a port in order to attached a small pool pump to it but the 2 drain plugs at the bottom make it really easy to drain and clean.The frame is aluminum I think and isn't as strong as we had hoped. My husband is 6'1" and 200+lbs and so it was a tight fit for him. He has to be careful getting in and out since the frame will not bare his weight.

While I am a believer in the health benefits of cold plunge therapy.. I'm still a scairdy cat 🙀! I got this tub as much for its versatility to hold.hot water as I did for having on hand for cold plunge. I have an outdoor shower and didn't want to spend alot on a tub or have a permanent tub yet. This was easy to put together, held the heat easily and now I have every reason to have an icy bath ready for me to rinse off in. I like that there is a cover for it. It's comfy around the edges for relaxing too!

It works. The only bad thing is it doesn’t stay cool long at all :( and the Velcro keeps coming loose making the inflatable part sink in :(I’ve used it every day since purchase doing ice baths. Wish it was a little longer and had Velcro all the way around instead of just 2 spots. Expensive for what it is though.

I got this from my friend since he has some chronic back pain issues and I know he enjoys cold plunging. He was using an old farm trough like tub, but it did not have a drain and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. Setting this up was a too easy. In fact it was a little bit fun to enjoy with friends. We do appreciate that it has a built-in drain, which will make turning out the old water much easier for him. We all tried it out and yes, it definitely held the cold water very well. We look forward to cold plunging more often.
