Easy to use. Instructions were a bit wonky to understand at first but then after reading a few times I finally understood. It’s like the English is a tad hard to understand for some reason. But anyways simple to do, results in minutes.To simplify instructions:1. Go #2 (I’ll leave it up to you to figure out how you want to do that without toilet water messing up the results - paper plate, bucket, very front of toilet, cup … the list goes on and on)2. Untwist the lid of the solution and poke your poo with the stick in 6 different places (if your poo is liquid, then read instructions because that calls for a different strategy)3. Place lid with poo stick back into solution and give a really good shake. Let sit for 2 mins.4. Break off the very top of that lid and now it’s turned into a little dropper5. Drop 3 drops of the poopy solution onto the test strip6. Results within minutes (if you wait to read the strip after 20 mins then the results are no longer valid, per instructions)

For those of you who would want to do the test but not in position to spend $$$ at a clinic. Here is my experience- it'd cost 4-7x more if I do the same test at a clinic. I'd imagine the accuracy to be higher if I do the test a a proper clinic but having 2 test kits for each package reduces the chance of getting false positive or false negative results. In a scenario where I self-tested twice, both tests returned with a positive outcome. Its a clear sign to take further action with the Dr office. Overall, I think its a money well spent -> pay a 10-20% of the up-front cost to have a solid preliminary check before jump-in to a Dr office and get your wallet drained.Steps are simple:1.open the bottle, use the stick to pick up some sample, close the bottle and shake a bit to ensure solution is well mixed.2. Break the top of the cap , drip 3 drops to the test kit (it looks exactly like the covid test) and wait 15 minutes. Instruction says result becomes invalid after 20 minutes.3. 2 solid lines = positive.

I am currently positive for hpylori as found by the GI map test. I am about to start treatment. I thought I would test a few at home tests since I know that I am positive and if I found one that would show the positive then I would get another to test post my treatment to see if it is eradicated since the more thorough testing takes a while and I wanted a heads up. This did not pick up that I am positive so this will not help me post treatment. All those reviewers who were negative .... well... maybe but maybe not.

Was a bit odd for the collection of the sample but it worked. Husband showed positive for H .P ( was previously positive and went on the antibiotic treatment ) and he felt the same way - quick confirmation and we went to doc who did a formal test and started another treatment ! Glad I bought it !
