Beautifully executed
If you're a JoJo fan you've been waiting for this book for what seems like forever. My son and I were so excited to open the box from Amazon and finally hold our copies of Diamond is unbreakable. It is fabulous. The cover art inspired. I love the color palette he has chosen. The background is a shade of purple and the school uniform on one side is presented in purple and on the other side shades of evergreen. The story is fabulous. I'm not about to spoil anything in case by some sad twist of fate you haven't already read it online. But if you've enjoyed JoJo and his amazing villains you will truly love what is presented in this edition. There are epic battles, some wonderful character development, classic illustration, and a great adventure. I hope you treasure this as much as we do.

Shine Bright Like A Diamond
I’ve been a hardcore JoJo fan for almost a year, and Diamond is Unbreakable is, without a doubt, my favorite part, and an underrated one in my opinion. The characters are very charming, the Stands are awesome and the pacing is really good. Once you pick it up, it’s hard to put it down. There is also some seriously heavy ‘feels’ going on sometimes. The Nijimura Brothers arc in this volume especially makes me want to cry. Let’s just say that there’s a good reason that “Okuyasu Nijimura deserves love” is an actual tag on AO3. Oh and don’t mind the gatekeepers who tell you not to skip parts - as long as you know the basics about JoJo, like what a ‘Stand’ is and who Jotaro, Joseph and Dio are and why they’re important to the plot, then you’ll probably be able to get the gist of Diamond is Unbreakable.

Welcome to Morioh!
This is honestly one of my favorite parts in JoJo (Part 5 being my all time favorite). JoJo Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable follows Josuke Higashikata, the child of Joseph Joestar born of an affair. After learning about his family history, and suffering a great loss, Josuke becomes the protector of his town- with a little help from Jotaro of course. This volume, much like volume one of Stardust Crusaders, had me hooked with the well crafted stand action. This volume contains two arcs- the Angelo arc and the Nijimura Brothers arc. Both are well written and well drawn. My only complaint is that I have to get volume two in order to see Okuyasu tell Josuke that his mom is kinda hot.

Yo, Josuke!
I may be a bit biased with this review, seeing as part 4 is one of my favorite JoJo parts, but this is definitely a must-have for any fans of the series, or maybe even those who like DIU in terms of the anime. Sure, it is early part 4, so it looks more like part 3 in a way. And not to mention a lot of the localized names aren't that great, they're almost laughably bad in my opinion (i.e. Shining Diamond, Worse Company). But it is still JoJo, and it's definitely worth reading through.

Fast Delivery, Product in Great condition.
The first volume in JoJo's fourth part, Diamond is Unbreakable, is absolutely amazing. The delivery was fast (2 days) and the product came completely undamaged. The book itself is a marvel to look at, with a cover taken directly from the original manga covers and given a stunning gloss finish, with the rest of the book being a matte finish. While it's style is different from the first three parts of JoJo books (collectively known as Jojonium), the diamond aesthetic is still very nice. Some pages included are also in color. Definitely recommend for any fans of JoJo.

Finally at part 4!!
Diamond is unbreakable is my personal favorite jojo part, so Ive been waiting for the English translation for a long time.Cons:-The book doesn’t really match with the jojoniums-Early part 4 art is my least favorite art in the series-Certain character (stand) names were changed for copyright reasons, and the new names aren’t that great (Shining Diamond?)-Assuming that there will be 9 total DIU volumes, we have to wait 2 1/2 years until part 5Pros:-Great story-Great cover art-Probably one of the best manga ever created

Another addition to the collection
For those that are upset that this does not follow the art style from the Jojonium books, this is due to part 1-3 being the Mask/Dio trilogy. Jojo was initially was suppose to end at Part 3 and as to why there is so much work put into the jojonium books highlights that. You can learn more if you have the Jojoveller art book as Hirohiko Araki wanted to redesign part 1-3 with the current part 8 art style. The book is Jojo, you're buying exactly what it is. Despite the change of cover, there's nothing really different besides the name of stands (due to legal copyright) and the early part 4 art style. As you collect the books, you'll notice that Araki gradually changes the way of how the characters look from the beginning towards the end, but all in all it's jojo.
