I'm a size UK 9, followed the sizing guide and ordered size medium. After just trying them once there huge!! Slipping all in my shoe and literally the opposite of what I wanted from the sock.Really disappointing as I've ordered unbranded grip socks from Amazon and got a much better result, I thought these would be better.
