Navy seal level sleep aid
I unfortunately developed insomnia after a I got stuck with it for several months due to it being a medication side effect. Stopped the med, but got to keep the insomnia as a parting gift (yay me!). I don't like OTC sleep aids as they leave me SO out it the next morning, I operate as member of the undead until noon. Melatonin by itself doesn't cut it, I feel it coming and my brain uses it's anxiety based kungfu training to fight it off. This product feels like a highly trained navy seal. It sneaks up on my brain with a light feeling of sleepiness and then knocks me out like I have suddenly been put in a sleeper hold. I wake up feeling well rested, happy, and alert. On day 3 right now, I was going to wait a bit longer to review, but I am so pleased with this, and not sleep deprived so I actually have the energy and resources to review it now.

Let It Lull You To Sleep For Best Results
Don't expect it to knock you out as it's not a drug, but it did lull me to a good night's rest. I did wake during the night but knew that not putting myself back into a surrendering frame of mind wouldn't help. When there's a conscious effort to relax the body, the mind will follow, and this helped just as I wanted it to.

It works!
It works! I've been very sleep-deprived due to shoulder surgery a month ago. I'm off pain meds, other than occasional ibuprofen, but having trouble sleeping due to wearing a sling at night. This supplement makes me comfortably drowsy and relaxed. I have a touchy stomach and have had no side effects. I recommend this product.

Help for keto/low carb dieters!
We were in a low carb diet that caused us to have teouble sleeping. This product solved the problem!

Vegetarians BEWARE!
I gave this product three stars, because unlike their other formula that is a sleep formula (not quite as good as this one for me), this one has BOVINE gelatin capsules. So VEGETARIANS BEWARE! I loved this formula too. Clean Nutraceuticals ... why on earth would you put Bovine in a "clean" product? I am SO BUMMED!! Now I have to find another product. Ugh! This is not Robear, but his wife who is writing this review. I am so disappointed.

Works great, no groggy feeling in the morning.
Was recommended by a friend, works great & no groggy feeling in the morning. Really helps with being able to unwind before bed and fall asleep & stay asleep. This was my second time purchasing. Highly recommend.

Snake Oil
As excited as I was to get a combo pack like this supplement, it did nothing for any of us. Myself, husband, daughter and son-in-law. I don't know if it's truthful what's inside of the supplement. The FDA does not actually control and monitor it and people are pretty much allowed to say whatever they want until they are caught and sued.Just the fact that they're supposed to be melatonin in this one and we still needed to take melatonin in order to go to sleep, that just shows enough that either it's super weak or the quality of products aren't there or it's just a lie.Because I bought these supplement separately from nature valley and started taking them and felt differences unlike these. I just want a refund.
