I keep buying it because my knee pain gets less and less using it. I've been using it about 3 months and bought another three months supply. Amazon price is much better than direct from the manufacturer. So far it has been well worth it. My wife uses it too and wants to keep using it.

The purchasing process was easy and delivery was quick. I just started taking g it and cannot coment on efficacy of the product just yet. But I am hoping it will help with knee pain.

There are a few tablets I take daily that are beige powder in a clear capsule, these looked exactly the same. When you read the information on the bottle it tells you it is not certified by the FDA, there is a phone number to call if you get any adverse reactions. The ingredients are listed as Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Glucosamine, Chicken Collagen, Egg Shell Membrane, and something called OptiMSM which has a registered trade mark sign next to it.Most supplements I've taken of this price range brag about where they sourced the ingredients, this does not. I don't know the quality of the ingredients in these tablets. It does not say what the individual ingredients do, why they were chosen.they are in a dark bottle to protect them from light and on the bottom is the lot number and an expiry date which was August 2026At $50 a bottle that will last one month. I would prefer more information so I felt comfortable taking them,

No expiry date noted. These arrived with safety seal intact. Dark plastic bottle, upon opening I was greeted with copious amounts of beige powder. No odor noted. Capsules are filled with same color powder. At a dollar a capsule this supplement seems higher priced than I would prefer. I didn't feel comfortable taking, so I didn't consume. These could be an okay supplement if they contain the advertised ingredients.
