Bought the Wrong Version
This stair climbing cart seems to be fine but I have not tested it yet with a case of water. It was relatively easy to put the wheels on after guessing at the instructions which are not that clearly depicted. The provided link to a video was no longer valid; although I googled and found the current video. What I didn't realize when I placed this order was that a slightly different version was the one I really wanted but the pictures looked identical and I bought the one with a lower price, thinking I got a vendor with a better price. After assembling, I went back online to revisit the product description and realized it was not the one I had intended to buy. I wanted the one with a platform and rubber wheels. This one does not have a platform and have plastic wheels. I will use this one for now.

Room for Improvement
I have two complaints. I feel the handle still is too short only 5'6' and when it's full and I have to lean it back to get it up the stairs I have to uncomfortably bend over at an odd anglewhich makes one more vulnerable to back strain.Second, mine collapses to easily when not full and bag needs to be more attachable especially at the base to help keep that from happening and or locking mechanism improvement Nevertheless it is very useful.

Life-Saver!!! See pics for size comparison & tips on assembly
I love this cart so far! I have attached photos, to show size comparison to my vacuum cleaner, as well as a standard/slightly larger than standard laundry basket. This bag holds the same amount of laundry as the turquoise basket next to it, although I haven’t tried it up and down stairs when full yet. While empty, it rolls DOWN and UP the stairs EASILY! I was actually surprised at how easy it was! This has a taller cart handle than any other stair climber basket/bag that I could find. I like that the handle will clip in, to use straight (like traditional dolly), but it will also unclip, so you can tilt it up and down, to use at different angles. Also, this makes folding a one click solution! :) Assembly was pretty simple. The instructions were short, sweet and to the point, which made it a bit unclear as to how we should position the legs & side bars (inside Vs outside of main bar)... I was able to see it in the photo, after a lot of focus and effort, so I have attached photos of this as well, which clearly show how to position the side bars with the legs correctly. To lock the wheels on, you need to push in the little metal clip, which is on the outer side of the wheel axle (also shown in photos). I cannot wait to use this for laundry! Where we live, we have to walk up and down quite a few steps, and across the property parking lot a ways... so this is going to be a huge help, because my upper back and shoulders ALWAYS hurt after laundry day! I have been using a standard rolling laundry basket, whichhas made a huge difference. The only issue being, it doesn’t help on the stairs, only the walk to the laundry room. So this new stair-climber cart will be a life-safer for me, as it solves the issue! Also, the frame is MUCH more sturdy than it originally appears, once fully assembled. Yay! Great product y’all!

Wasted money to purchase
I was in love with it. It was noisy going up and down the stairs but it help. It lasted 2 weeks. It broke and I was so pissed. I wouldn't buy it unless you put less than 15 lbs in it.

I bought this adorable cart for my mom after researching at least a dozen similar ones. I'm so happy (for her) that I chose the right one! So far, she says it's helping her out immensely. She doesn't drive. She has to walk to her local stores to get what she needs...and she used to have to take several trips to be able to handle things like cat litter and laundry detergent. Now, she can fill up her cart and has plenty of space to do so. She doesn't have to worry about shoving all of her things like her money, phone, keys, etc., into her pocket so that she has arm space to carry everything, and the cart fits beneath a regular shopping cart while she's perusing the store. Her neck, arms and shoulders aren't hurting anymore (now she says she can feel that she's worked her buns and legs...which is a very good sign that she's carrying her body weight correctly and not harming herself by straining)! Also, can we get a "woop, woop" for the cute design of this thing?! Rather than looking like a miniature shopping cart that was stolen by a vagabond, it resembles a beach or picnic type tote that you would take out for a day of fun. One last thing to add...it came assembled and it manuevers gracefully. She simply had to pop a couple of wheels on. Thank you Kenbest. You've made a delightful and very helpful product!!

Great for Seniors
I used this cart for the first time and it worked perfect. I was able to bring in 6 bags of groceries with no difficulty. I walk with a cane, and the cart didn't twist or turn while I pulled it behind me. It was very stable. Before, I would have to have my daughter or grandsons help me bring in groceries. I feel more independent having this cart. I'm planning to use it instead of a suitcase for my road trips because the wheels are larger and more sturdy. I tried it on carpeted steps and it worked nicely.

Nice Design, But...
Works well on stairs. Only one problem: the basket size is way too small.
