Like an other review said the Zafu comes a bit full but has a zipper so you can take some of the buckwheat hulls out if you wish, my thoughts are that it's better to have a bit much than not enough; I wouldn't trade it for anything... I am really liking it! Thanks.

These are very high quality and very durable. Zafu comes overstuffed so you will have to take off cover, find zipper, and empty out excess to desired capacity. Well done.
