My grandmother tested a bunch of other hearing aids, and Flaygo worked as expected. If not fitted very well on the ear channel they whistle, but when you get the hang of it, they work beautifully, the sound is clear and sharp, however a little bit of background noise is not cancelled.The charging case is a simple and working solution, since my grandma doesn't has to change the little batteries each other week like in other hearing aid devices. Finally the different colors for left and right help to identify the correct ones, since with regular devices they have the same color and the identification is such a small label that for elders is a challenge in day or night time.The battery was holding a 1 and a half day until charging which is great, if she forget to charge overnight, she still can you on the morning next day.My main concern is the little antenna which feels a little fragile.For US$99 it's a steal, she tried $1000-$2000 hearing aids and could not adapt to them. Now she can join family conversations and tell a lot of her funny stories. Would rate it a 4.3 stars.

About a year ago, I got a hearing test by an audiologist and was fitted with a pair of hearing aids that cost over $1,000. Eventually, after several follow-up visits to the audiologist for adjustments, I adapted to wearing them.Because my high dollar hearing aids are rechargeable, I always put them in their charger overnight. Between my husband's soft speaking voice and my hearing loss, I couldn't hear him after we retired. I missed our cozy bedtime chats. So, I ordered this $100 Flaygo pair of hearing aids to wear at night. No hearing device restores your natural, healthy hearing, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the Flaygo aids are ALMOST as good as the high dollar ones. The expensive ones MAY cut out more background noise, but even that is not much different. They are comfortable and work so well that sometimes I forget to change them out of a morning and end up wearing them overnight AND all day -- until a beep in my ear reminds me that they too need charging.Because they go only in the ear, without the behind-the-ear piece of the other aids, they do tend to come out of my ears more, but usually I wake up in the morning with both hearing aids still there. Even the slightly higher risk of losing them has brought an added benefit. When I am working in the yard, wearing a protective mask, or doing anything that might result in their loss, I have a much less expensive alternative to wear.If you are hard of hearing and can't or don't want to spend a lot of money, these Flaygo hearing aids are an excellent choice. You don't need an audiologist or need to spend a lot of money to hear again.

I'm duly impressed by these hearing aids! I bought them for my elderly father who has been diagnosed with severe hearing loss. As soon as he put them in his hears, he could hear me so much better. And to top it, he heard me from behind a closed door. Also, he doesn't get feedback from them like a lot of other hearing aids. He also says they are so comfortable in his ears that he can't even feel them. They are easy to use and small enough where you can't see them if you look straight on at the person. They practically weigh nothing too. I can't say enough good things about these hearing aids. It's nice to finally be able to communicate with my father and have him actually hear him. And just to add the cherry on the top, they work way better than his $2000 hearing aids. If you're thinking about purchasing them, don't even think twice. Order them now.

Bought these 2 weeks ago as I needed something quick and cheap to replace problematic aids. I have moderate hearing loss with significant tinnitus. Having used hearing aids anywhere from $99 to $3,000 i was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality of these aids. Positives: natural sounds, great clarity of speech, simple charging, charge lasts all day for me. Negatives: the (nylon?) Tips really irritate my ear canals making them very itchy but I'm working on that. They are bigger than I would prefer with the red and blue colors slightly visible. However the main purpose of these is the sound quality and what I'm experiencing so far rivals the best aids I've used in the past. I like the 5 volume levels, with me only needing the first 2. The sound is natural, language clarity is excellent in my case. Don't notice a big difference in the programs but who cares, my hearing is much improved. Would rate 5 stars if not for the itchiness and size. Anyway would highly recommend.
