I like my foot spa...it's not that sturdy to carry filled with water though. I use the foot spa often for me and my husband.

I didn't even notice this was collapsible when I ordered it. BONUS! This stores in my closet when not in use and doesn't take up nearly the space of even a regular basin with no power.As others have stated, the heater unit does not make the water * HOT HOT * but it does maintain temperature well. The timer doesn't bother me... I just reach down and turn it back on. That complaint is sort of baffling me. lolI happened to get this at a time where I was developing the first ingrown toenail in my entire life so I'm super grateful for it [I was soaking my foot every other day OY].I clean and sanitize when I'm done, collapse it and store it. Could not be easier.
