Still too early to see long term results. so far I’ve used it as instructed. While I’m wearing the product it doesn’t force my shoulder back, but it definitely gives me support when I do, it also helps me remember to keep my shoulders back. Before using this product I would often try to keep my shoulders back on my own but it would usually lead to back pain and muscle fatigue. From the results so far I expect great long term muscle and skeletal memory from the help of this product

Hard to put on. Very uncomfortable. Hurt after a very short time......the straps are too narrow. I threw it away after a week of trying everything to make it work.

The product is good. It does help pull the shoulders back to improve posture. I found it a little uncomfortable, though, not a whole lot, but enough that I wouldn't wear it all day.

It is not very comfortable. It is hard to reach the straps, when putting it on, you need help. That being said it does help.

I herniated my L4 and L5 doing power lifting and football when I was 16. I’ve had X-rays done and I have a deteriorating back 10 years more advanced than my age (30). I got this bc I’ve known I’ve had the worst posture of all time. I haven’t worn this at work yet but at home I throw it on as long as I can. It’s a remind of how badly I love to slouch and and hurt my back even more. I would recommend!!

I had high hopes for the posture corrector after alot of research. Got it yesterday and put it on today. I wore it for about 10 minutes and my entire arm from under my shoulders to my fingers were starting to get numb and stiff. I adjusted it, same thing happened and this time the part that sits between your upper back and your neck was squeezing like I had whiplash...this was 10 minutes in.. Remember. I took it off and gave it another go 4 hrs later. Numbing stiff weird feeling starting around my pits again. Took it in to my chiropractor today and even she tried it on and tried to adjust it. It was cutting off the circulation under her armpit. I just give up. I couldn't even get to feel the posture doing anything because of the squeezing.

Received this harness and been wearing it everyday for a week. At first, it was a little awkward to put on, but by day 3 or 4 I developed a system in place to put it on without trouble (takes a little getting used to). I wear it all day from waking up until I’m about to jump in bed, that’s the only time I take it off. With a week of usage, it’s starting to become a habit and barely noticeable. It’s very lightweight and you can actually sleep in it, but there’s no benefit from it while asleep. It’s winter now and I only use it over a T-shirt, I can’t speak to its practicality and comfort over bare skin in the summer. I assume you can wear it over skin too, but if you’re a person that perspirates easily, I don’t know how you can manage keeping it clean and sanitary. It doesn’t appear to be washable! I give it 4 stars for now, as for correcting posture with a simple harness it is not realistic! Improving posture permanently takes work and major modification of habits, but I can say easily that this product can only help mitigate the risk, it’s helping my back pull a little bit more straight. Yeah, I like it so far, it’s definitely worth the price!
