Q: Does this stop foundation from sitting in wrinkles

It doesn't stop anything, it is absolute rubbish. Please do not waste your money, you will be bitterly disappointed

Q: Does this anti-wrinkle cream work on my cheeks upper lip and jolles?

It works as a primer so it smoothes the skin, blurs the lines & feels really soft. It's not a permanent fix though, I just use when I'm going on a night out like I would use makeup to make me look better!
