Item arrived in good time and was well packaged.Instructions were average and I later found out that they contained a major error.Had to contact supplier on multiple occasions to find solution to error in instructions, however the support was excellent.Product itself is very good ( when constructed correctly) has weight limit of 150kg which is a major plus as many products within this price range have a much lighter weight limit.Mechanism is very smooth and frame is very sturdy.Fairly easy to move.Computer is easy to use.You need to take care when constructing as quite easy to over tighten bolts which can damage the heads of screws/bolts.Overall good value product (if they resolve the instructions issue) and very good seller.

Was very pleased to begin with but now after only ten months of use it is noisy, clumpy and feels as though it's going to break very soon. DisappointedWe have struggled to keep this going but after 2 years and 3 months it has broken!!

A sturdy machine, not quite gym standard but almost and for home use it's ideal. The computer is easily programmable and gives various options for workouts etc in relation to your size and weight. Relatively easy to put together and the construction and quality appear excellent.
