Broken rubbish
Broke then tried to email to resolve this and get a new one sent out and they blanked all contact disgusting was for my nephews birthday!

Great concept and design, poor customer service.
Product arrived on time and as descrided. My 6 year old was very excited. However within a week of normal use (i.e. making stikbot videos) part of the connection to the leg snapped meaning the leg was no longer secure on Gigantus! Tried to contact the seller using the recommended channel and got zero response. This is a delicate toy and so I appreciate it is possible it will break but had expected it to last longer than a week and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Don't bother, it broke within a day. The product is not robust enough for young children.It is not fit for purpose.
