Individually wrapped sachets, just add to water. Super simple to use.The flavour is fantastic. Sweet, but also has that electrolyte salty taste which makes you know it’s doing something.Bit on the pricey side, but a good way to test the product. Cheaper alternatives if looking for large quantities

Love the taste and how easy they mix - really refreshing

The flavour is really strong. I mean, surprisingly strong. Usually, I put electrolytes into a glass of water, but the instructions say to put in 500ml water and you really need that much to dilute it down. Even then, it's very strong. I bought the sachets for convenience if I'm travelling, but don't think I'll make this a regular thing.

I am not a scientist in a lab, all I can do is look at the ingredients and decide if I want to take it.This is not a before and after review. If you have decided to take electrolytes like I have, then good we are on the same page.The label is clear, the packets are tough enough to store in your bag.Dissolved quickly, smelt good, tasted of mild lemon, it was OK to sip or drink quickly.

I have used SIS products many times in the past, they are a well known and reputable brand, for hydration I normally use the tablets but these are not easy to carry with you on a longer ride because they start to dissolve if they get wet, these sachets do not have that issue which makes them ideal to keep in your jersey if you need to refill your sports bottle on the go.These sachets are easy to open and once tipped into a sports bottle they dissolve quickly.The resulting solution is easy to drink, and has a pleasant flavour, although it is a sweet taste, a bit like a lemon drop sweet.After drinking a bottle of this electrolytes powder I had no adverse effects and more importantly, I suffered no leg cramps even during, and long after, strenuous exercise.Overall, a great sports drink which is easy to carry and to use on the go.

Great electrolyte which is ideal for quick hydration and a god send if you've had a good night and are feeling a bit fragile.The sachets are very easy to open and they mix very quickly.The have a nice strong lemon flavour and no salty aftertaste.I did find them a little on the sweet side compared to others I have tried but I would get them again.
