Best 12" sub anywhere near this price point.
I installed this in my Mustang with my old Gen. 1 Punch 150 amp, that I bought new in 1988, and it doesn't disappoint. I also read reviews on Crutchfield before my purchase, but I was still a little skeptical that a $70 sub was going to be very good. Now that the voice coils are broken in it really hits. It hits very low, and it is very musical. In a sealed box it responds evenly from 20 to 100hz. It is one of those few rare deals where you get quite a bit more than what you pay for. Those things don't happen too often, so buy it.

Looked at a trillion reviews like most of us. Researched Crutchfields self brand SO. It is in fact a Rockford Fosgate product. I was not worried about Super Bass. Used for home theatre. Running12" Cerwin Vega VS-120 Towers w mid n tweeter. Harmon Kardon 600w Receiver . These subs in Sync properly with the HK, perform better than ever expected. I ran them at 4ohms. They are Clean, Tight, and are Very Musical even w the crossover. Also damn heavy. The louder they are, the better they perform (obviously to a point)! They look great and I leave my speaker grilles off now. My buddy's running an atmos system worth 4gs and can't believe how good the sound is from my simple 5channel. Going to install sound deadening on the wall asap. It's all about setup people.

If you need a sub for a low power amp this is an awesome choice
When l first came across this while looking for a 12"sub to replace my old jl audio, l was concerned that a sub in this price point would be garbage.After reading some reviews on Crutchfield l took a chance.Glad l did it work awesome with my home theater.I was looking for a sub that would like low power.The amp I use to drive it is rated at only 150x2.This sub hits plenty loud and deep.I used a video from youtube that goes from 2k to 1 hz.In my apt it hit mid 20hz.
