Trust me when I say this. In the first few months that it works. It great, if you use is correctly. I only give this three stars because, like most of the other reviews, it stops working after awhile. For me, I can charge it and all the lights light up as expected but when I try to turn it on. That's all it is, just lights, no vibrating or anything. If you wanna spend your money on this, be sure to know that it is possibly very temporary. Nice, but temporary.

I bought this system and it worked until I changed the brush head. Once I did that the brush would no longer spin properly. It would spin and get stuck.I tossed it as I could not find the receipt to exchange it. I bought the Clarisonic Mia Plus system instead.

This item is pure trash and a waste of money. Needless to say, I returned this item. I charged for five days straight, and it STILL would not turn on. I think it is due to an issue with the seller, as I purchased this same item on Groupon and have been using it for two years without complaint.

Indispensable. My previous one broke and I thought I would freak without a new one. Now I am back on track cleaning my face 6 time better than soap and face cloth.YaaaaY!

Bought this on a deal sit and it stopped working within 5 weeks of having it. Acts charged but won't work. Let the deal site (starts with Groupxxx) and they won't do anything. Final purchase. Buyer beware. Not a quality product and if you're buying it from a place that has that as a disclaimer I'd guess there's a reason.

No Stars! Do not waste any time or money purchasing a ProSonic Cleansing brush. I used it a total of ten times and it stopped working. ProSonic "Help" will not replace it. Ridiculous!

I purchased this product from a different website, but when I received it, everything worked fine. It has a rotating brush that apparently after 2-3 weeks has about enough. It broke after that time and wouldn't spin anymore. I called to have it replaced, was told it would be there in 7-10 days-didn't show up for 4 weeks. SAME thing happened with the 2nd one. I trashed it and bought a Clarisonic Mia-works wonderfully! I do not recommend this product.

My brush stopped working properly. The brush head got stuck with very little pressure to my skin and I would have to power it off and on to restart, or manually push on the brush head to rotate again. The device was not worth it and I will purchase from another brand.
