I've lost 4 pounds in one week. Mind you this product isn't going to get you shredded magically, you have to put in the work still. Meaning a calorie deficit and a decent workout regiment for your body type is what gets you results. You can "lock in" to get the best results, but like any fat burning/metabolism booster supplement if you're daily intake revolves around high carbs & sugars like most procrastinators (me being one prior to this btw) don't expect any progress.

Love this fat burner! It gives me that extra boost that I need in the gym and helps me sweat throughout my entire workout. Great for those working out and wanting to feel the burn.

Love the flavor. This held up for a really long time in the fridge as well. I love that it is a combo and is potent yet not too strong.

This stuff really works for energy and focus! I will say it dehydrated me and gave me diarrhea, but overall it works (and I’ve lost 5 pounds, but probably water weight?)

I recently tried iSatori L-Carnitine LS3 3000, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. While I was excited about the benefits of L-Carnitine—particularly for fat metabolism and energy—it was hard to focus on those when the taste was so off-putting.Despite being labeled as “berry flavor,” the actual flavor was far from pleasant. It was overwhelmingly artificial and left a strange aftertaste that made it tough to keep down. I found myself dreading each dose, which isn’t what you want from a supplement.On the positive side, I did notice some increase in my energy levels during workouts, but the taste made it difficult to incorporate into my routine consistently. If you’re sensitive to flavor or prefer your supplements to be enjoyable, I’d recommend looking for an alternative.Overall, while the product may offer some benefits, the terrible taste is a significant drawback for me. I won’t be repurchasing.
