Great little machine
The media could not be loaded. There's a bit of a learning curve to operating the CNC but this device seems pretty solid and heavy duty. Having fun so far!

Solid and stable with easy assembly and professional results!
I appreciate the attention to detail that went into designing this CNC machine. Most of the assembly was already completed out of the box, and the remaining steps didn't take long to complete. All of the components are high quality and solid. Nothing was warped or otherwise damaged or missing. The instructions were plenty clear and all of the wire connections were labeled so it was easy to figure out what goes where. It comes with software, bits, and a piece of pressed board, everything you need to get up and running.

Setup by manual and nothing, tried contacting company no response.I'd advise don't buy or waste money.Im going to return my birthday gift.

Does not come with laser, pay attention to bed size, good for soft materials
First and foremost it shows in one of the main product photos a 20W laser. It shows in another switching between laser and spindle mode. I don't feel it is clear enough though that it doesn't include the laser option. I cannot find the laser module from them anymore and they have not responded to comments about where to buy. I would assume you could try a laser for other 3018s but there are some variants and at $100+ I didn't go down that route (despite initially hoping to use it for some laser work). As for the CNC function it works, pay attention to your maximum travel (especially on your Z you are limited to 2.4" and that is taken away by bigger bits too so you could have a pretty small work area. One option is to try and switch to a mini doghole style table to atleast allow you to move and re-align your pieces. The t track base works well with standard clamps but you have to be able to engrave everything without moving which given the bed travel may not be possible. It isn't winning any awards for speed but for the few wood projects and one acrylic I tested it with it was able to do the job accurately.I did run into an issue where it completely seemed to lock up once. It had to be reset and zeroed before I could get it to do anything.I am a bit worried about the support response if needed given the lack of hearing anything back on the laser. An ER11 collet means you are using bits 1/4" or smaller, and practically speaking probably want to stick to closer to 1/8th bits.Assembly and setup took me probably an hour + but was not terrible, I have assembled many technical items before but the software for this I had not worked with before.I like the ER11 collet style holder no problem with securing the bits I had but the machine itself is a far cry from super rigid. You need to go very slow, depth wise, to have it cut smoothly. It is a CNC so this isn't really an issue but just know your jobs will take a long time. From layer to layer the alignment was fairly good but still clearly visible in terms of smoothness. I tried using a trim bit to do a final clean but it was not precise enough to accurately do that on a curve.Overall it is an interesting machine, I think maybe more a novelty than something we get a lot of use out of. It is somewhat louder than I would have expected given the size, but really its in the back of the shop so it is a pretty minor detail for us. We do clamp it down (part of trying to troubleshoot the bit chatter) which I am sure helps to some degree.Software likely will have a good bit of a learning curve for most people and I would highly recommend running it tool free at first to make sure you don't see any surprises. Running the head into the piece, your dust collection, or something else can easily damage bits at this size. Finally, remember you don't have any lubrication or material extraction when running and depending what you are cutting the material build up could cause an issue (or put a good bit of dust into the air). If you have a shopvac you can leave close to the surface that may work but a blower is more reliable (just won't do the collection and only works if you are fine making a mess:)Overall the machine is probably about 4 stars if you are aware of the limitations but given the unclear advertising on the laser module and potential support issues certainly drop to 3.

Perfect for small projects and a learning tool for CNC
This CNC router is an excellent, functional and low cost entry to CNC. The included software and instructions take you all the way step by step. The router motor will power through appropriate depth slices in wood. The 1/8” spindle cutting tools are inexpensive and readily available. I really like the 2.7” of Z travel for adding relief to your projects. Plus the heavy aluminum construction will keep this tool working.

Super easy with professional results.
I’m a router novice. I don’t know if professionals use this machine, but my sense is they could. It is very well built. I expect to try it on many more materials than just the wood I’ve tried so far and plan to make gifts for family for upcoming holidays. The emergency stop button is an excellent accessory that I hope never to need, but it is there. I just wish it were large enough to engrave on a 3’x6’ door. 😊

Outstanding!
Build quality is excellent. Way better than most. Assembly was quick and simple. Once assembled, this machine is solid. It is all metal. It is very quiet. The work area is about 12 x 7 inches. It comes with the software you will need to operate it. You will need to get some end mills. When you figure out which ones you like, buy several. They are a consumable item. You are limited only by your imagination with this item.

Easy to assemble it
The instructions booklet is pretty clear with pictures and descriptions and there's a wiring diagram at the end. Every wire is labeled clearly. It takes time but it is not difficult. Sincerely, a woman.Firstly I'm impressed with the solid build of this thing, can't wait to see what it can do.
