Gamechanger!!!
First of all- this book is so fun to read and to look at! The author and graphic designer have clearly put so much work and love into the making of this book and it makes a tricky topic (who doesn‘t like regular sleep AND toddlers??) much easier to approach! Now to the main part: the information, tips and structure of the book makes it super easy to find, understand and apply the methods described. They are described in a way that makes you feel good even if you have messed up before or are quite desperate about some aspects of the „sleep training“. You can always adapt the methods and there is no „one fit for all“ solution but rather a bouquet of different tactics to try (and stick to).I needed this book! Thank you Ellanee!PS: if you don‘t follow her on Instagram- run don‘t walk! Her stories are hillarious and informative!

Toddler Sleep Struggles? This Book is a Total Game-Changer!
As a mom who’s spent way too many nights trying to get my toddler to sleep (and stay asleep!), I can honestly say Sleep Coach Mom by Ellanee Wilson was a total game-changer for us. If you’re dealing with bedtime battles, constant wake-ups, or early risers, do yourself a favor and get this book. Seriously!Ellanee feels like that wise, supportive friend who’s been there, done that, and is here to help. She offers simple, practical advice for every sleep struggle—whether it’s pacifier weaning, thumb-sucking, or handling the “one more story” requests that never seem to end. I loved how non-judgmental and flexible her approach is. She really gets that every child is different and that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. After trying her tips, we saw real improvement in just a few nights. Bedtime became less stressful, and my little one started sleeping longer (which means I did too!). If you’re a parent who’s ready to reclaim some peaceful nights, Sleep Coach Mom is worth every penny. I can’t recommend it enough—this book might just save your sanity and help your family get the sleep you all need!

Relatable and useful
I’ve been following the author on Instagram for years, and I was thrilled to see that she’s written a book about toddler sleep! I feel like most advice out there focuses on infant sleep, but I really struggled with toddler sleep with my older kids. Now with my third child, I am glad I have this guide to help. It’s short, to the point, filled with humor and awesome illustrations. I find the author’s style relatable, like getting advice from a friend. And the tips really help! This is a great resource.
