I was enjoying this product for about 7 months and felt like I was seeing a difference in the overall smoothness of my face, when all of a sudden only 3 lights worked. I used it about once or twice a week with no complaints until I turned it on and only green, blue, and white were working. I was super disappointed since I mostly used the red light setting.

did not open the box right away... and what a mistake it was not to do so :(( as I opened it after the return deadline. Rookie mistake.Once opened, I realized that the product was NOT working AT ALL.Plain and simple: I charged it and it shows no sign of life. EVER.In addition, I also noticed that the front of the device did not have any indications (per their picture on their box, you should have LEVEL EYE CLEAN EMS HOT).But there is nothing on the device (nor in the box, such as a sticker you could add on the device for example.)I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY THI DEVICE FROM THAT COMPANY. Try another one.Add on: watching recent reviews, I noticed some devices with no menu on them, just like the one I received … but curiously the reviews show happy customers. How can you be happy with a product that does not allow you to see which program you choose and therefore use the device properly!? Your guess is as good as mind…

I bought this for my girlfriend & she loves it. She uses often and her complexion is flawless. There are so many expensive items for sale at beauty stores that seeing something inexpensive could cause you to think it's not good but this product is good. You don't have to pay $$$ to help take care of your skin. I recommend this because it works and only cost $.

Pros: my skin looks amazing ever since I started using this device.Cons: cheaply made. The 1st one I had cracked on the 1st use. Submitted for a replacement and now 2 weeks into using the 2nd one, it now also has a crack.

Really disappointed. I have used this wand for 3 months, almost to the day. Took care of it per instructions, charged it via its dedicated charge cord. It worked. I LOVED it. In the morning it really reduced the puffiness in my face, my wrinkles have faded, and my chin is more firm. I’ve been much more confident and happy with the face I see in the mirror. But this morning, while fully charged it died. Just died. I can’t do anything to get it to turn back on. I feel like I wasted my money and now I’m afraid all the benefits I was seeing are just going to disappear. Three months is an unacceptable life span. I may try to find one from a non-Amazon company and hope that a higher price = a more reliable product.

Bought Jan 18 2025- used consistently 2x day and have seen AMAZING results… better than just stone guasha. Always returned to its box, stored in drawer away from moisture. HOWEVER as of May 11 2025 it no longer works. Vibration portion stopped working, its just a light buzz. The product website doesn’t exist so no repair or exchange. That being said, its pretty cheap so got good use. Just don’t expect to have it long.

I really love this little device and feel like it’s relaxing and de-puffs my face. I took off one star because I wish it had a little more vibration to it and the placement of the button to switch between modes is right where my hand is, so I accidentally switch it mid-use. A great product though!

Broke after a month. The first one didn’t vibrate, so I exchanged- this one I was using & it stopped vibrating. Too bad the return window is closed. But I did enjoy it and see results when I used it…. For a month. :-/
