It looks just like the picture, and I'm so pleased! I purchased two additional ones for my mom and sister! I wasn't expecting this bag to have so much room! I'm not much for cosmetics, but I love hello kitty, and am always ready to try another smart piece of luggage! It holds every single item that I need for myself and my daughter on a trip. Toothbrushes, hair brush, comb, deo, etc. It's made well, the zipper is sturdy and easy to use. I've tried several designs over the years for toiletry bags, and this is a good one.
