Perfect for having an extra phone charge on hand. Size is great for adding to a fanny pack, purse, bag as a backup batter source in case you aren't close to an outlet for a period of time.

This charger is nice and it feels rugged. I believe it can take any sort of damage. Charged my phone about 1 full charge and a half. No complains yet.

Our family has numerous Nestout batteries, lights and fan. This one is at the same quality level as the others we have purchased. Rugged, tight seals, long lasting, and threaded hole for stands (think tripod) I only wish it was available in high-visibility orange so it would be easier to find when dropped in the brush.

I just became owner of the DE-NEST5000A and very pleased with this product, but the idea of clip it on my bell or backpack is better. but can any of you tell me how to purchase the attached D-ring that looks like no one has any idea of what I’m talking about, thank you for your time and comments.

Worked very well for three occasions. (hence the two stars) However, omn the fourth go-around, the USB-A port broke (the internal tab came out when the cable was unplugged...so now i have an unusable cable as well). In any case, have reached out to Elecom to see if there is a potential for replacement (as luck would have it, i am about a week outside of the return window with Amazon). In the worst case scenario, I guess i could just use the USB-C henceforth.UPDATE 15 April - as of this input, Elecom has yet to respond to my msg (outside of a very prompt auto generated msg right after i submitted my issue on 1 April, stating that they would respond in a "few days"). The second unit that i have has suffered the same fate (lasted for six cycles). Definitely would NOT recommend the product due to the non-existent reliability and customer support.

I use this as external pack for trijicon IR hunter thermal scope. I Velcro it to the stock of the rifle and run a charging cable to the scope- It keeps the unit powered on all night! 10 hours +

I use it as backup power for my phone. I get about 2 charges out of it. Time will tell if the power cell will last. Too think to keep comfortably in a pants pocket, so I carry it in my car or a bag I keep my stuff in at work. Due to size and shape it doesn't work well for what I wanted it for, but it works for a phone charger.

I've attached this to my night hunting "tool" to suppliment the power that batteries supply and it works well. I had a larger one, in fact 2x the size and the capacity was unnecessary...this is fine. Gets me through the night without a problem, recharge and it's ready to roll tomorrow.ZERO problems, works perfectly. Don't hesitate.
