Amazing quality for the price! Nothing missing, instructions were clear. Solidly built, if you have weights to weigh it down you can easily do muscle ups. The size is appropriate for me…. I’m 6 foot 1 and can just about use the pull up bar without touching my feet to the floor.

Good price, works well. I bought this primarily for bench but liked that I could also use it for squats, dips, and pull ups. As a point of reference, I’m 6’5, 220 ibs and this cage feels solid with pull ups and dips. I am just getting back into lifting and have only put 205 ibs of weight on the bench so far and it’s held up well with that amount and I’m confident it will more than what I will be able to throw at it.Cons: While I am confident in my usage for it, some of the orange paint has started to chip off from the bar hitting it and the weight holders on the sides are plastic and not as solid as the rest of the unit. Overall, if you’re a gym rat, this isn’t as nice as one that you would find in a serious gym. So if you are looking for top of the line, look elsewhere. but for a quarter of the cost I am very happy with this buy.

This thing is an amazing deal, been using it everyday.

It's a good rack/cage for the price. It's very light so easy to move. Only down sides is that the plate holders are to close to each other so I can only put my bumper plates on one of them on each side. When I flat bench it's also tricky to do it in the cage because the bar can hit the weights thats are on the weight holder/ rung . The j hooks and safety spotter are much sturdier than expected i weigh 250-260lbs and i stood on the safety rack and it held me the j hooks have not bend on me and I did the same. Over all was a good purchase hopefully they are able to separate the weights holders so that way you are able to utilize bother of them with bumper plates and maby move it from the side to the back.

I have been very surprised by the quality for the price. This has been an excellent addition to my personal gym.

Easy to put together and works

So happy with this purchase. I put it together in about 90 minutes by myself. Putting the top bar on is kind of tricky, but can be done without having to go into the tent for concussion protocol. Just don't tighten anything until it is completely assembled. This rack is sturdy and doesn't wiggle at all for pull-ups. I also like placement of the holes. Very happy with this purchase!

I absolutely fell in love with this cage. Great quality easy to put together love the color black and red. I 100% recommend Opsdecor home gym. As long as your not the world’s strongest man lifting 1000 lbs this is the home gym for you.
