Hand exerciser - finger strengthener Cando® Flexible exercise stick, training stick, black (very strong)

Review for Cando green Twist-n-Bend hand exerciser. After buying a blue Thera-Band Flexbar, I decided to look for additional bars of different strengths and found this which seemed to fit the bill at a cheaper price than Thera-Band. Functionally, this bar is fine, but it's covered in some kind of white, sticky residue which I have to wash off my hands every time I use it. I've tried washing the bar, but the stickiness remains. In future, I'll 'stick' with Thera-Band.

Solid rubber and quite heavy and rugged (I weighed it at 520.8g). Keep in mind that color means hardness and black is the hardest. Twisting is really hard but bending is ok enough to train (For a reference: I do some rock climbing, I weigh 75kg and am 1.74m tal).

very useful wrist exerciser, allowing a wide range of wrist exercises including wringing. Very convenient size. I found that the red one gave me the right level of resistance.

Had the red one moved up to the greenKeeps my tennis elbow at bayWORKS

i like the versatility of this product it can be used wrist roller style or bend it style or arm curls best i ever baught

does what it says on the tin, but would advise go for the RED one if it was needed for therapy reasons.sadly this choice was not available when i ordered. It would be more use to more users as it is a bit softer.

Great, used it to rehb my hands after a bad day on the rugby pitch. Have forearms like Popeye now.
