Challenging, not very comfortable
This mat is a fun twist on pushups, making them more challenging and switching up the muscles used. My husband likes that aspect a lot, and it's great that it shows you which muscles are targeted by which color placements. The handles, however, are not comfortable on the hands because they're just really hard and not very ergonomic, considering your putting all your weight on that small grip under your palm.
