I've had a few CCTV systems over the years, and this one by far was the easiest to set up. I also got 4 of their PTZ cameras (the ones that move) and added it to this system and everything synced up great. With the other systems, I was having trouble reaching the far ends of my house, with this system I've been able to keep the camera connected to the NVR and its about 70 feet away from it where the other systems would be struggling. The cameras also have a pretty good picture quality.I did, however, have some issues with the system shortly after putting it up but their tech support was quick and got my issues resolved and I was back in business. This is a very nice system and very easy to use. 100% would recommend it to my friends and family. I went from a 4 camera system to a 16 camera system and I love it.

I was skeptical about these cameras, I’m not tech savvy and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to figure out how to get them set up by myself. It was so easy. Literally just plug it in and follow the steps on the screen. All I had to do was plug the camera into the wall and it worked. The hardest part was getting the screws through the siding of our house. Picture quality is great. It’s clear, audio works great. The night vision is amazing too. The only thing I would change, is the cameras don’t swivel. They only go up and down. So I did buy some mounting brackets that moved side to side and it works great. I’m 100% satisfied.

I bought this cameras set of 4 with NVR. Easy to install and working great as described, sharp image. Make sure u follow the instructions. Customer services is wonderful, very responsive. I had an issue with live stream in one of 4 cameras, he responded right away with very detailed instructions to reset it, and happened to know that his name is Johnny, based in China. So overall, great experience, would recommend if u want a decent camera sys for your home with affordable price.

This camera system has a very clear picture even when is far from the base. The wireless connection is seamless and easy for anyone to setup. The 1 TB HD gives you weeks of recording to review later. I installed it in a shop where laying wire was not very easy and is working perfectly fine. The app on your mobile device is full of features and easy to use and see the old recording.

All I can say was at first i wasnt thinking this was a sweet system . I had a rough time contecting the nvr to router. But I think my biggest issue was that i wasnt paying attention to well. once I got that done cameras were really easy to connect..I have my cousin looking to buy one next month.

First time. I tried it wasn't recording till I realized the power brick for the box was wrong. It works and records flawlessly I gave 4 stars now only because 1 camera out of 4 doesn't work. Other than that its quite fine. Just make sure to use the correct power brick for the box.

The system is awesome the cameras are great the one problem is out of all four cameras only three worked the fourth one when plugging in it does not connect to power no matter what so I don't know what to do or what to try but I told my son just you know it is what it is and at least we got three out of four but all together the quality the picture and all that is great awesome

We've had this system for a little over a month. We are really liking it with 2 kids. The view it just what we were hoping for with a security system. I've found that the playback is something very beneficial as I've used to be able to see something to a family members driveway.Install was simple, just plug and connected right out the box. It wasn't complicated at all. Install the camera was a little time consuming but worth it. We had to mess around with the cameras to correct the angle to make the view right, as without the picture of the cameras were were almost sideways. This is just because of the way the base for camera doesn't allow for a just turn to the left. Once I was able to figure that out, I knew what I needed to do for the others.We have had a small blooper but customer service has been great and they are already correcting the issue.Definitely will be adding another to our other property!
