I think they work very well. The transition from English to Thai is perfect. However from Thai to English can be a little difficult.

I definitely would not recommend this product. You need an app that for some reason cannot find a phone using Bluetooth that is sitting next to the headphone case. I tried connecting multiple times following the instructions but never got it to work. I really liked the case but that is the only good point of these headphones. The headphones did not fit comfortably at all. So disappointed in this purchase.

Well, keeps disconnecting, and then when I try to reconnect, it takes so long. Then I have to factory reset, and then redo everything. Once it connects, it works great, but also, at the same time, if I walk away from my phone (not too far) the sound plays on my phone when I get a call. And it's loud. Other ear pieces don't that...so wonder if I'm doing something wrong??

The media could not be loaded. Lasts a while sound quality good you have to download an app to do the language thing an d be close to the person and they hav to speak clearly

The phone app that you have to purchase is what does the translating. As far as just being head phones/ear buds, they stay secured to your ears very well but that's about all it's good for. Super let down on translating expectations.

Quality is nice but the app it wants you to use for the language doesn’t sink at all.. so using the language portion of the ear phones is a bust.. not worth the money..
