Works, but has issues
These are one of the few USB-C earbuds available. They are specifically designed for the Pixel 2 phone, and the functions work OK on it (exception below). When plugged into a Moto Z Droid, the sound was good, but the buttons did nothing. These earbuds were bought for a Pixel 2, and the on that phone the controls worked with one exception. The documentation that came with the earbuds shows that you can switch music tracks, but the actual controls do not have any buttons to do this. On some earbuds volume is controlled by 2 buttons, and you use those same buttons to switch music tracks. On these earbuds, volume is controlled by a slider switch, so it has no buttons to switch tracks with. Additionally, the slider switch is hard to operate when exercising. It takes precise control to slide the switch accurately, and when your hands are sweaty, that's impossible to do. You have to stop moving, use your fingernail to move the volume slider, then start exercising again. There also seems to be a peculiar interaction with the Pixel's volume controls. The earbud controls don't increase the volume enough, so you sometimes have to use the phone's controls to get the sound loud enough. If you are not exercising, these earbuds are certainly adequate (except for the lack of track switching). But for listening while exercising, they fall short.

Correction: works with Pixel 2XL
Worked fine with Pixel. Change the earbuds. One problem though is if you plug it in for charging, then immediately put in the earbuds it doesn't work. You need to restart the phone with the earbuds in.

Barely works with pixel’s own headphones
Mine came with my pixel 2. I have earphone but the battery runs out so I default back to these. They’re weak and finicky, often disconnecting without me even touching the product, sitting still. Also, I love getting the message “Accessory Not Supported.” The person in QA who tested and passed this product should be fired. What a joke.

Just a lousy product
Sadly, I have lost count of the number of times I have replaced this adapter for two pixel 2. Yet here I am again ordering another one! My vehicle uses the cassette port to connect with my pixel 2. Using this little device has been horrible. I have either lost it or it stopped functioning rather quickly.

Meh, pass.
Cons: They quality cheap. The cable is thin, the strain relief is garbage. They have the feel of knock off Alibaba junk. The volume control is a slider, which makes no sense. The connector get hot just plugged into my phone. Meh.Pro: Sound is ok. The fit is ok for my weird ears, they still fall out occasionally.I would not buy again.

I hate this product
This product is honestly so trash it’s not even funny. First of all, anyone who has ever used earbuds knows the pain when you twist the earbuds on accident and you get that loud screeching sound. Second of all, it has ABSOLUTELY NO GRIP on ANYTHING.
