Very comfortable..I like the fact that it's more invisible under your close...Just had breast Augmentation...At a 32ddd and small fits perfect..I went from a 32dd to the 32ddd ..It's 6 days after the surgery and most of the tightness and swelling is gone....I like it so much that I'm buying more ..Even after full healing, this would be a great sleeping bra....

Perfect. I'm a D 36 now and I got a medium and it fit perfectly. So comfortable. 100% recommend.

These bras are so comfortable. They fit so nice - no uni-boob. Was approved to wear a front zip bra at 5wpo breast augmentation, so long as it offered support. The support in these bras is better than what the PS sent me home in!!

I had a double masectomy in December and am continuing to wear compression bras most days. I was hoping to find a bra that provided similar compression but was not as high as my medical compression bras for the summer. Following the size chart, I ordered a large. I think that might have worked when I had my first breast cancer occurence and lumpectomy surgery as I still had remaining breast tissue. However with a radical masectomy it gapped and severely wrinkled where the breasts would have been, even on the tightest hook and eye fasteners. Please note, there is no padding, and I wasn't wanting any. I ordered another, one size down. It definitely fits better, not as much gapping or wrinkling. I still had to fasten it on the tightest hook and eye fasteners. Fastened there, it does provide some compression and support. Not as much as the medical bras I have. I am planning on keeping this one, but will only be wearing it when my summer tops require the lower cut. I feel like this bra has about the same compression as some sport bras with the padding removed. I definitely won't be wearing it when I am doing physical activities which need the compression and support I was hoping for.

This is advertised as a mastectomy bra but there are no pockets for prosthesis.

Good quality! Easy to put on and take off after surgery. Fit is accurate and is as described.

Not great for immediate post op as the neckline is too low. About a week postop, better. I am 32B and the small was tight but the medium was more comfortable. Decent support but way to many hooks in my opinion.
