After watching the promo video on the features provided by the Pulpo Cell Phone lanyard I decided to make the purchase. Very pleased with my decision as I will be travelling soon was looking for something to secure my phone with, never seem to have enough pockets. The lanyard is strong and flexible and although the bindings that secure the phone itself, do obscure the screen (minimal), access to the power button, (right hand side of the iPhone) and the two function buttons on the left hand side, remain unobstructed. Initially I had the lanyard position at the top of my phone but soon realize the lanyard should be at the bottom of the phone so as to not interfere with the camera. The position I will wear this will be around the neck and under the arm, especially when walking and in the city. I will also be more comfortable taking pictures from a height (bridges , buildings) with the lanyard wrapped securely around my wrist.

Ok the clip works but wrapping the Lanyard around my wrist works too for me. Putting it on the phone was the hardest part, pulled on the ‘tail’ until it stretched enough to start putting it on the bottom while holding the tops parts on. Yes it will interfere with some on screen functions, but moving that area over momentarily will get the job done. Haven’t worn yet in an airport or crime ridden area yet but will yet this year, do I personally think at this time that it will help deter theft or loss, yes I do if used properly. Not sure if protection cases are to be taken off, I personally didn’t as it is thin.There is a warning on the packaging that this item was in that you may want to check out(see picture)!

I bought a similar item from Walmart. Got two of them for the price of this one . Wife and I are going to Europe this summer and have heard so much about pickpockets This product seems a tad stronger than the Walmart, but twice the price ?? Jury is still out if I'm gonna purchase another pulpoleash or send it back and keep the Walmart ones. We have Samsung S23 phones, this works a little better as far as lense clearance on back of phones goes.

I bought this to tether my iPhone 16 pro. It is definitely snug--it does mask buttons on the phone if you're planning to use features, but it's perfect for taking snapshots and keeping hold of my phone.I wish the plastic was a bit "gummier," so that it laid flat against the phone over time, but ultimately, I'm pleased with my purchase. I'd also ordered their model that retracts on a thin cord, and I felt this one was more useful because of the integrated lanyard.

This a simple and very effective lanyard cell phone holder. It is made of sturdy silicone, including the lanyard. I like the attached zip clip art the end, which allows me to attach it to my bag instead of wearing around my neck when preferable.The corners do overlap the screen a little bit. The top corner where the back button is located sometimes needs a little nudge out of the way, but not having to remove my phone from its case in order to use this product is worth it to me. I also like not having to place my phone in a clear case which I am told does not compromise photo quality but I have my doubts about that.It is flat and takes up no space in a purse or bag when not using.

I had a Koala phone harness on my last cruise and it worked great on my iPhone 10. However, I upgraded to a iPhone 16 and the Koala partially blocks the camera. So I bought the Pulpo which has a similar design. However, it is designed to accommodate the multiple cameras on the newest iPhones. Another big plus is the 30” lanyard so you can wear it around your neck or attach it to your belt, backpack, etc. So it is easy to use without worrying about losing your phone. I leave for my next cruise in a few days and look forward to taking lots of iPhone pictures.

I wanted to like this but it was a bit clunky to use. I bought it for my trip to Antartica. I found that the cord was too short to take photos as I clipped it to my pants on our excursions. I ended up not using it on the trip and held my phone instead. It was easier to hold my phone than to use this when taking photos of the penguins and whales.

Just received my new Pulpo lanyard after dropping my phone into a river that was too deep to retrieve. That was an expensive mistake. I wish that had this item a few days ago, as I would still have my old cell phone. The Pulpo is perfect for wearing around my neck or clipping to a belt loop. It does not interfere with the camera lens or taking photos. I would highly recommend this item for anyone who wants added assurance of not losing their cell phone.
