i brought this watch, as a recommendation from a fellow collector assured it was a quality timepiece, the actual watch is beautifully crafted however the watch band was highly flawed its brittle so cracked easily, I tried to remove the broken piece but the other links broke also i tried to claim from Amazon but was denied as over the 30 days, tried to claim directly from the seller but i was told i was still in contact with Amazon who were unhelpful. Shame as im a regular customer.Up date the company reached out to me and informed me the issue with the returns process was done via Amazon, nothing to do with them, the company requested pictures of the defective parts, which was forwarded to them, no resolution to date.Further update:A replacement band has been issued and an awaiting its arrival resolution came dealing directly with the company, in future when buying designer watches ill deal directly with the company. Unfortunately the watch developed a fault. When pulling the crown out the movement no longer stopped and the hands could not be adjusted meaning I couldn't set the time anymore, rotating the crown would continue to wind so something wasn't activating in the watch that should when the crown was pulled out. It's a damn shame, I really loved this watch and even brought a couple of new straps for it. I've sent the watch back as per Amazon returns.
